Delivery Policy

At Battle Worlds, we aim to process and dispatch your historical armour, clothing, and gear as quickly and securely as possible. All orders are packed and shipped directly from our UK fulfilment facility in East Yorkshire.
1. UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer tracked delivery across the United Kingdom via Evri and our courier partners:
- Free UK Standard Delivery: Available on all UK orders over £50.
- Standard Tracked Delivery (2–4 Business Days): £5.95 for orders under £50
- Express Tracked Delivery (1–2 Business Days): £7.95
Note: For items exceeding 2kg or requiring special handling, actual shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout.
2. Fulfilment & Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are picked, packed, and dispatched Monday through Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
- Order Tracking: Once your order leaves our fulfilment centre, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking link.
- Heavy or Oversized Gear: Larger items such as full plate harnesses, heavy weaponry, or bulk camp gear may be shipped via specialist freight couriers. Specific tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.
3. Packaging & Safe Transport
- Protective Packaging: Every item is carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Oiled & Protected Steel: Steel armour and chainmail items are pre-treated with protective mineral oil and sealed prior to packing to prevent rust. Please inspect your items upon arrival and wipe away any excess oil before wearing or displaying them.
4. International Delivery
Initially, we will deliver historical gear to re-enactors and LARPers in the UK. If you would like us to deliver abroad, please get in touch via email at quartermaster@battleworlds.co.uk.
5. Address Changes & Missed Deliveries
- Signatures: High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.
- Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Once an order has entered our warehouse dispatch system, we cannot alter the delivery details.
