Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If an item isn’t quite right, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us: Email our team at quartermaster@battleworlds.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Receive Return Authorisation: We will reply with return approval and packing instructions.
3. Pack Securely: Ensure items are packed safely in their original packaging, complete with tags and accessories.
4. Ship to Our Warehouse: Send approved returns to our dedicated returns facility:

   Driffield, East Yorkshire
   (Full address provided upon return authorisation)

Return Conditions

• Condition: Items must be completely unused, unwashed, and in their original state. Returned armour, steel, or leather showing signs of field wear, combat use, or modifications cannot be accepted.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service.
• Exclusions: Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our Driffield facility, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
