Medieval Steel and Leather Extended Arm Bracers

"A warrior's forearm invites every errant blade in the press; protect it with sound craft, not cumbersome deadweight." Osric, Keeper of the Hearth & Forge

Forged to serve wandering rogues, garrison scouts, and campaign veterans, these extended arm bracers offer substantial coverage across the forearm, hand, and elbow. At the workbench, we look for harmony between swift movement and stout shielding. Here, plates of sixteen to twenty gauge steel are securely riveted over a foundation of genuine leather, producing defence that yields to your natural strike while turning away light blows upon the skirmish line.

Measuring roughly forty-five centimetres in total length, this arm harness delivers protection from wrist to elbow without locking the joints. Many full arm defences bind during sudden weapon swings or swift spellcasting, but this articulated pattern keeps your range of motion fluid. The leather base cushions against abrasive edges and absorbs sweat throughout arduous days in the field, developing an authentic martial patina over seasons of hard campaigning.

For proper fitment, take time to adjust the closures securely over bare skin, an arming doublet, or heavy tunic sleeves. The strapping accommodates a broad variety of arm profiles, allowing you to tighten the lower forearm for fine weapon control while leaving ample clearance around the elbow for unhindered mobility. Whether destined for LARP engagements, martial gatherings, or seasoned cosplay, this defence stands ready for the march.
